  39. LW 4.0's Glow function does something similar to this.  It casts a nice 
  40. flare like glow "around" an object.  If you are looking to completely 
  41. turn a surface into a flare type look, I think you may be out of luck 
  42. unless you do it manually.

  44. Has anybody found a great deal on Windows NT?
  45. I was supposed to 
  46. get it when I bought my PC but they were out 
  47. and aren't going to be getting it in for a long time, so now I have to 
  48. get it elsewhere.  I had a really good deal as part of the complete 
  49. package (They were only charging me $199 for Windows NT).
